2) Eat 5 to 6 times a day in small portions- Try spacing out your meals so that you are eating small quantities throughout the day rather than 3 big meals and try and have your last meal before 6pm. If you are hungry later just eat fruit or vegetables

3) Cut down your calorie intake- You should try and reduce the amount of calories that enter your body on a daily basismedical weight loss programs. Don't over do it or you will give up. Try the first week to cut down by 10%, the second week by 15%, the third week by 20% and to continue with 20% for the last week. Within a month you will be surprised by how much late you will have lost.

4) Exercise - Many people underestimate the benefit of exercise in losing weight. You are not required to body build, just small amounts of exercise either 3 days a week or daily. Try by going for brisk walk 15 minutes, 20 sit ups, and 20 push-ups daily.
